Sweet and Spicy Rubs and Seasonings

 Our rubs are made with all natural ingredients and contain no msg or preservatives and they are gluten free. To make an Eastern NC Barbecue Sauce or a marinade sauce mix 1/4 cup of our seasoning with a pint of vinegar and shake well. To use as a barbecue sauce store in the refrigeator overnight to allow all of the seasonings to blend.

 Easy tips to manaride meat, fish or vegetables: We like to use 1 gallon size zip lock bags to marinate our food prior to cooking. For a london broil that will bring rave reviews, prepare as follows - score the top of the london broil or flank steak in a diagonal pattern about 1/4 inch deep. Place in a zip lock bag and pour in 1 bottle of red wine vinegar. Now add 1/4 cup of Wild Boar Rub and seasoning, then close the bag and mix well. Store in the refrigerator overnight. Cook on grill until medium rare (light pink inside). Slice thin (about 1/8 inch) perpendicular to the meat grain, serve warm with mashed potatoes. Save the rest for sandwiches the next day (if it last that long).
