This country bacon is dry cured with simple ingredients such as salt, sugar, sodium nitrite and hickory slow smoked to prefection. Perfect for BLT's with fresh garden tomatoes.  Remember our country bacon is salt cured and will be salty in nature if you want to remove some of the salt, soak before cooking. In addition because it is salt cured it will be shipped without ice packs and will be perfectly safe since the salt removes sufficient moisture so that bacteria will not grow.

Do not be alarmed if your product are warm when they arrive.

This Country Bacon is a dry cured product. It does not require refrigeration. It has a shelf life of three months. Refrigerating or freezing upon receipt will extend quality and life of the product. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.


Julia's Pantry Southern Drop Biscuit Mix, just add water.  Made with real buttermilk and churned butter.  Gently fold mix and water just until moisten.  Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheet.  Bake for 12-15 minutes in a 375 degree pre-heated own.  Add grits and eggs to complete an amazing breakfast.
