The time is right for a blackberry cobbler with ice cream! Developed from a family recipe, my father's favorite fruit cobbler should be served warm. There's nothing like a warm bowl of black berry cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Just follow our easy and quick recipe:
1. In an 8x8 baking pan evenly spread either a can of Comstock black berry pie filling, canned blackberries, or prepare your own fresh black berry filling.
2. Combine black berry cobbler mix, 1 cup of milk and mix well. Pour batter over blackberries.
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes and serve. Delicious!
